Not So Wild Girl Accuses “Girls Gone Wild” Employee of Assault
SMITHTOWN, NY — While many may wonder how a woman could enter a Girls Gone Wild tour bus and not expect to be felt up, fondled, and generally encouraged to… well… go wild, one young woman has taken extreme offense at precisely that.Things appear to have gone smoothly during this past Tuesday’s Nubar hosted Girls Gone Wild event in Smithtown, NY. Unfortunately, when the evening’s official overindulgence of alcohol and female flesh was over, things spun out of control.
According to various reports, after the event had officially ended, a 20-year-old woman was invited about the infamous Girls Gone Wild crew bus. While there, she claims that she was sexually assaulted by 37-year-old Matthew O’Sullivan.
Suffolk County Police indicate that O’Sullivan, a Los Angeles-based employee of Girls Gone Wild, was arrested and charged with a first-degree criminal sex act. He is expected to be arraigned in First District Court in Central Islip today. It is unknown whether he was represented by an attorney.
Although the exact nature of the 2:08 am contact between O’Sullivan and the girl is unknown, police have stated that it was “unwanted sexual contact” that took place while the cameras were rolling. Authorities have not indicated whether the woman was involved with the taping of the usual topless and otherwise sexually softcore content that the company has become famous for producing.
Although the bus was parked in an Exxon gas station across the street from Nubar, employees for the station say there was no indication of trouble until the police appeared.
Although an official statement has not been released by Girls Gone Wild, it’s certain that the matter has not gone unnoticed, given the company’s knack for attracting and generating controversy.
