YNOT – A new social media hub where readers and bloggers may meet to exchange news, photos and videos of women has launched at FemaleUpdate.com.

Powered by Las Vegas-based live-cam network SNR Productions Inc., the site welcomes new bloggers to promote their businesses free of charge. Because the site is devoted to female beauty in all its forms, bloggers must restrict their submitted content to that theme.

Currently, the site accepts only blog posts, but a spokesperson said the company is exploring the addition of thumbnail galleries tube-style video submissions. Every submission is moderated, and posts that do not offer value to readers — typically, three or more images and at least one paragraph of relevant copy — will not be published.

“We like to refer to [the site] as a harmonious bliss of female updates,” SNR President Steve Ranieri said. “Webmasters can submit blog posts and users can view and rate them. It’s a tool for webmasters to promote their blogs and users to get some quality updates on their favorite females.

“We’re looking for quality content,” he added. “We turn down all blog posts that lack content or contain excessive spam. We want to send users to quality blogs and reward the webmasters that are creating superb content.”
