New Interface Puts Vital Data Front and Center
TEMPE, Ariz. – Global e-commerce solutions provider CCBill has upgraded its admin interface so the data that matters most to clients and affiliates is easy to find, easy to read and easy to analyze.
For the past several months, the back end of CCBill’s website has been undergoing a radical makeover, thanks to the installation of a new reporting system the company calls FlexStats. The latest upgrade, called Quick Stats, is the first screen clients and affiliates will encounter the next time they log in to their accounts. Right away, CCBill users will notice a new graphical format for merchant or affiliate transactions, whichever is relevant to their business. The new interface displays everything from current day’s income to weekly, monthly and year-to-date numbers. Users also may view transactions by country, complete with world maps depicting sales distribution.
“Making valuable transaction data sets readily available is an ongoing strategic goal for us, and the release of the recent reports through FlexStats and updates to the admin portal are just the beginning of our drive to implement user interface mechanisms to provide fast, detailed and accurate information our partners need to succeed in this market,” said CCBill Vice President for Product Development Jason Kirk.
The new interface doesn’t mean old data and tools have disappeared. Clients retain the ability to drill into and analyze their data to whatever depth makes the most sense to them.
