New Earbuds Claim to Add 4th Dimension to Porn
TAIPEI, Taiwan – A Taiwanese manufacturer of adult novelty products has developed what it calls “the word’s first in-ear headphones designed for pornography viewing.”
The Lovepalz Ladobi earbuds are said to add acoustic depth and a “more intense” aural experience to the on-screen action. According to a spokesperson for the company, specially designed diaphragms, sound tube and chambers create six-channel, 360-degree surround sound that renders female voices “more pleasing and less sharp” and makes male voices seem fuller and rounder. The company calls the experience “4D sound.”
Lovepalz Ladobi will begin shipping in July at a retail price of $39. The company plans to produce only 1,000 units, according to a statement on its website.
Founded in 2012 as a division of Taiwanese brand-management firm Winzz, Lovepalz generated significant buzz with its line of sleek, sophisticated, internet-enabled sex toys.
