New Adult Talent Agency Helmed by Industry Vets
YNOT – Three adult industry veterans — a talent agent, a producer-director and a performer — have banded together to create a modeling agency they say combines innovative ideas with old-fashioned work ethic.
Agent Robert Moran, producer-director Bud Lee and performer Kaiya Lynn opened Los Angeles-based101 Modeling in April. Together, the trio possesses four decades of experience in the adult entertainment industry. All three have worked with adult powerhouses. Perhaps that is why the new agency already has signed some formidable names: Audrey Bitoni, Rachel Star and Amy Reid are on the roster.
Moran has spent the better part of the past ten years working for one of the adult industry’s biggest agencies. He brings the benefits of that experience, augmented by innovative new ideas.
“I have always felt that an agency that offered excellent service, a stress-free environment and the hottest talent available today can only be a winner,” said Moran, a 10-year veteran of the agent biz. “I am dedicated to building a successful business that truly services the needs of my clients.”
Lynn, who uses the name Tracy for her work with 101 Modeling, has worked in talent representation for the past five years. She said she knows what it takes to help women thrive in an unorthodox industry.
“Having worked on both sides of the business, I know what talent needs and what they want,” she said. “I have seen first-hand the difference a great agent can make.”
Lee is an adult industry bastion. With a career spanning more than two decades, he has seen success as a producer, director and writer. Like Lynn and Moran, for the past several years he has focused on representing talent.
“I feel as though my years as a producer and director are a great asset in understanding our clients’ wants and needs [on both the producers’ and talent’s sides],” Lee said. “In contrast, my history with the Lee Network and my past wives gives me a unique insight into what our talent’s concerns and needs are.”
Licensed and bonded, 101 Modeling is a full-service agency. In addition to representing established performers, the agency also recruits and develops new talent. Up-and-coming starlet Nicole Aniston is one of the performers on 101 Modeling’s client list.
“We are always on the lookout for new talent,” Moran said. “It takes a lot to help a new girl become the next big thing. We have the experience and expertise to make it happen and an eye for spotting promising new girls.”
