MPA3 Adds Side-by-Side Processor Testing
YNOT – The developers of affiliate program backend management system MPA3 have added a new feature that allows program administrators to perform side-by-side testing of payment processors in order to see which processor is most efficient with their traffic.
“Affiliate programs have listened to our advice about spreading their risk — ‘don’t put all your eggs in one basket’— by adding multiple payment processors in a cascade using MPA3 since we introduced cascading billing many years ago,” said Oystein Wright, chief executive officer of MPA3 parent company Mansion Productions. “Now we have added another layer to this incredible feature by putting payment processors to the test.
“We all know that the payment processors have different performing ratios,” Wright continued. “The time has come for the programs to see for themselves who performs the best for them.”
In addition to presenting a graphic comparison of processor performance ratios, the new utility also can help affiliate program administrators rethink the cascading hierarchy they employ in the case of biller downtime.
