LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Friday night, November 15, Mistress Cyan is holding her annual charity “Slave Auction” in which “subbies, Masters, Mistresses, switches and lovers of kink put themselves on the block to help those in need.”

The annual party is a food drive for the homeless and hungry. Guests bring non-perishable food and canned goods in exchange for “auction money” to bid on volunteers who have put themselves up for auction. Sanctuary Studios then coordinates with local food banks and charities to distribute the donations following the event.

“This is a Sanctuary Studios tradition for the past 27 years,” explained Mistress Cyan, owner and founder of Sanctuary Studios. “The thought of people being hungry over Thanksgiving is a very disturbing thought for me. I have made it my passion to make a difference in as many lives as I can. Over the years, our efforts have inspired local churches and groups to step up and donate to our cause, and the result was that more than 100,000 people have been fed because of what we’re doing.”

According to the announcement from Mistress Cyan’s reps at High Octane Heart, “those looking to go on the block for a good cause fill out a questionnaire of their likes and dislikes, which are announced before the bidding begins.” The announcement also noted is all “for kinky fun,” adding there “is no actual sex” involved.

“Everything is negotiated, consensual, and all safewords will be respected,” the announcement added.

In addition to non-perishable food and canned goods, grocery gift cards, new socks, new underwear, and clean blankets will be accepted as well.

“Sometimes, guests will get together and pool their funds to bid on someone they really like,” noted Mistress Cyan. “The auction is an exciting way to meet new kinky friends. Guests are also welcome to simply bring a donation and stay for the party at our spacious facility with themed playrooms.”

The doors for the party open at 8:00 P.M. at Sanctuary Studios, which is located at 13012 Athens Way, Los Angeles, CA 90061.
