Men.com Launches Sexual Health Campaign for Pride Month
Los Angeles, CA — Earlier in June, Men.com launched a sexual health campaign for Pride Month in partnership with Building Healthy Online Communities (BHOC).
The campaign, featuring Adrian Hart and Men.com exclusive Felix Fox, is aiming to promote both healthy and informed choices in the digital age.
A tweet from Men.com about the campaign stated that:
“Testing for HIV and STIs can feel intimidating. We’ve partnered with TakeMeHome.org to make test kits available for delivery. Simply order, swab, and complete the follow-up survey.
Do something good for your sexual health at TakeMeHome.org.”
For its part, BHOC is excited to partner with Men.com to reach community members online.
“We want to make ordering a free sexual health home test as easy as ordering a pizza,” said Jen Hecht, co-founder of BHOC. “Just go to TakeMeHome.org to find out what options are available in your area.”
TakeMeHome — written in English and Spanish — is a free sexual health home testing program that provides free HIV tests, STI tests and PrEP panel tests (where available). Individuals then have the option to take the tests in a comfortable location without going to a clinic or testing site. To access a test, just go to the TakeMeHome website, click Order Now and answer a few questions to determine eligibility. Eligible individuals will be able to order a home test kit in less than five minutes.
