Melissa Campos Takes Biz Development Post at ATK
YNOT – ATKingdom, a website operator and adult movie producer based in Reseda, Calif., has promoted long-time team member Melissa Campos to business development manager. Campos will continue to lead DVD production and serve as the affiliate manager for ATKCash in addition to assuming new responsibilities.
“Melissa has shown herself to be an essential part of ATKingdom’s success, and we look forward to her leadership in her new position,” owner Kim Nielsen said. “She’s been an important part of our team for a long time, and we’re always happy to promote from within.”
In her new role, Campos will be the main contact for all new business ventures for ATKingdom and AMK Empire. Among her new responsibilities will be reaching out to other companies to explore new opportunities. She welcomes contact by email.
“In my first year [as business development manager], I want our brand to be more recognizable, not only in the industry, but with the end-user as well,” Campos said. “When someone wants to find hairy porn, I want ATKingdom or AMK Empire to be the first place they go to.”
For more than 15 years, ATKingdom has operated a network of websites catering to a number of niche interests. ATKingdom.com, the original website, focuses on college-age girls-next-door. As the network expanded, additional niches cropped up at ATKGalleria.com, ATKHairy.com, ATKPremium.com and ATKPetites.com.
The company began releasing its content on DVD in 2007; in 2012 ATK released its first original plot-driven production, Revenge of the Petites, which received several awards.
“My long-term goal is to keep ATKingdom at the cutting edge of the industry,” Campos said. “I would like to meet as many people as possible and look at all of the business ideas available to us.
“We have one of the largest content libraries in the industry, and I want to make as many people as I can aware of that,” she continued. “We are not only the place for end-users to find the content they need, but we are also the place other sites can go to fill their hairy niche requests.”
