Marcela Alonso Welcomes the Legendry Nikki Dial to ‘Get Schooled’
NEW YORK, N.Y. – If you were a cisgender, straight male porn fan back in the 1990s, odds are very good you remember the name Nikki Dial, one of the adult industry’s great beauties of the era. And if hearing the name makes you nostalgic and you wish you could hear more from Nikki, there’s good news: she’s this week’s special guest on Marcela Alonso’s Get Schooled podcast.
According to the new announcement, this week’s episode, “The Balance of Life: Insights from AVN Hall of Fame Inductee Nikki Dial,” covers a great deal of territory.
“Marcela and Nikki tackle topics like the importance of taking breaks from the industry and the difficulty of having relationships while in the industry,” according to the announcement. “They talk about how she became Nikki Dial and her journey from being homeless at 17 to a survival sex worker at 18, delving into bondage and BDSM-oriented clubs, meeting Christy Canyon, making movies, and signing with an agency. Nikki reminisces about feature dancing with four shows a night, six nights a week, and being on the road two weeks out of each month.”
After her departure from the adult industry, Nikki went to college and received a master’s degree in mental health and now helps others after dealing with anxiety and depression herself. After missing sex work, Nikki returned to the industry in 2023 and started doing EXXXOTICAs and reconnecting with her fans. She’s also a content creator on OnlyFans and LoyalFans, who does solos and will be delving into girl/girl collabs soon.
“It was such an incredible privilege to interview the legendary Nikki Dial,” Marcela said. “This episode holds immense significance for individuals in the industry, as Nikki Dial serves as an exceptional role model. Her inspiring journey of career transition and still maintaining a presence in the business made for an incredible episode that I’m so proud to bring to my listeners.”
