Manuel Deboxer ‘Un-retires’
MONTREAL – You can take the boy out of porn … but he’ll just come back.
Gay adult performer Manuel Deboxer, who retired from the adult entertainment industry in July 2012, recently returned to film a scene for Maskurbate. The relatively new site offers original amateur videos of straight, muscular guys wearing masks as they have sex with other men for the first time.
Deboxer’s comeback scene is expected to debut March 25.
“I’m really excited to be returning to Maskurbate after taking a few years off,” said Deboxer, who shot with Raging Stallion Studios, Lucas Entertainment and Videoboys prior to taking a sabbatical. “I have kept in touch with Pascal, the owner and producer of Maskurbate.com, and when he approached me to film a new scene for the site, everything kind of fell into place and it felt like the perfect opportunity for me.”
News of Deboxer’s comeback already has generated fan enthusiasm, according to Pascal.
“Manuel Deboxer was by far the most popular performer we ever had on Maskurbate,” he said. “When he retired, we had so many of his fans contacting us and begging us to get him to come back. Unfortunately, it took a few years, but we are thrilled that he has agreed to return and film for us again. A lot of people are really excited with this news.”
In December, Maskurbate partnered with award-winning gay affiliate program Buddy Profits in order to increase the membership site’s exposure. The first order of business under the agreement was a redesign, including the development of a brand-new tour. Since the re-launch, Maskurbate has added 20 original videos, upping the library’s total to 160.
