Mansion Productions Issues Beta-test Invite
YNOT – Since its first version saw daylight 12 years ago, affiliate-management platform MPA3 has evolved thanks to public and private feedback, winding its way through four versions while it won several awards.
Now Version 5 is entering the beta-testing period, and developer Mansion Productions has issued a call for beta-testers.
MPA3 Version 5 reinvents the way program owners and affiliates work on a day-to-day basis, according to Mansion Chief Executive Officer Oystein Wright. Key features include a more user-friendly design, new charts and reports, mobile compatibility, an optimized backend and a new way of handling referral statistics (by grouping them according to traffic source or providing a detailed view by URL).
Popular features retained in the new iteration include hosted tools, custom join pages, cross-sales management, member management, detailed stats, payout reports, mass e-mail management and cascading billing. A complete list of features is here.
“With a brand-new interface, graphical charts for a plethora of statistics and intuitive navigation, we have again created the supreme software for any serious affiliate program and its affiliates,” Wright said. “The 12 years of experience put into version 5 of MPA3® Standard, Pro and Enterprise makes this the pinnacle of MPA3® releases.
“And this is where the invitation comes in,” he added. “We want to invite program owners to be a part of the beta-testing of MPA3 V5.”
To qualify, potential testers must belong to at least one of three groups:
- Owners of existing paysites, dating sites or erotic toystores.
- Owners of at least one affiliate program.
- Administrators of an affiliate program.
“Any of these requirements will qualify you to beta-test the new MPA3 V5,” Wright said. “If you are using another system, no problem. We can set your beta version of MPA3 to run side-by-side so you can compare.
“The best beta-tester should be someone with some technical competence,” he continued. “MPA3 V5 is created with the intention that anyone can start an affiliate program without technical hurdles, but during a beta phase it is important to work with someone with technical experience.”
Processors also are invited to be part of the testing phase, particularly IPSPs and gateway providers who are looking for ways to assist their clients in establishing or managing affiliate programs. According to Wright, MPA3 works with all the most commonly used payment processors in the adult industry.
“It was also the software that introduced cascading billing, now widely used in our industry,” he said.
