SARASOTA, FL — David Douhitt was a man with a dream. He wanted to open a salon/day spa with all bikini-clad women providing bang trims and massages, but the city turned his required permit applications down, making it impossible for him to make Double Dee’s Salon and Day Spa a reality.So what did he do? What any respectable businessman with a dream denied would do — propped up naked mannequins in various lesbo positions in the windows of his would-be clip-joint.

Unfortunately for Douhitt, his neighbors found the display offensive, especially because his dream establishment is located near an elementary school.

Neighbor Arnold Herbst told a local news station of the dirty dolls, “Since it’s been going through the courts, since it’s been going through a bunch of stupidity, he’s taking it out on the neighborhood.”
