Major Cams Site, Traffic Network Ink Exclusive Deal
TORONTO – Traffic network Grand Slam Media and live-cam site BongaCams.com have struck a deal under which GSM’s new Adnium product will serve as the exclusive representative for ad spots on the BongaCams site.
Among the traffic sources available as part of the deal are pop-under and leaderboard spots as well as 300×250 A and B members-area ad zones.
According to a GSM spokesperson, the partnership marks a significant increase in traffic the company controls.
Adnium, a fully programmatic, CPMv-based advertising platform, bowed in June. The new product played a significant role in sealing the pact between the two companies, according to GSM Chief Executive Officer Luke Hazlewood.
“We announced an unprecedented members-area [real-time bidding] auction with select mega-sites a couple of weeks ago,” he said. “This piqued the interest of other major publishers, and our proof of concept blew them away.
“BongaCams is a strategic alliance for us to have forged, giving our advertisers high-quality, high-converting traffic,” he continued. “This deal doubles our currently available members-area volume within Adnium, and this is only the tip of the iceberg. More deals are coming, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be performing well for our publisher and advertiser clients. People know we are onto something here.”
BongaCams traffic inventory is available via GSM’s traditional channels as well as via Adnium. For more information and specifics about geographic location of BongaCams traffic, visit Adnium.com or email the GSM sales staff.
