HOUSTON, TX – If you think porn stars and southern cities don’t mix, then you’ll be surprised to learn that “Lonestar Pornutopia” is scheduled to return to Houston, Texas for its third installment this December 9th through 12th. An event the organizers are calling “more than just an expo,” at least 35 porn stars have been invited already.“Everyone in the last couple years thought our event was similar to the old Stevens & Pruett Holiday Ball,” said event organizers through a press release. “So borrowing a phrase from the Football Officials, ‘After Further Review,’ we decided to bring LSP back with a holiday spin as we will have the three day Expo along with the second annual Purgatory Pajama Party at the Hilton Houston Southwest.”

The event will be promoted on Cumulus Radio with the catchy slogan, “Men Can Not Live On Sports Alone.” The plan being to pick up on local sports fans who might enjoy another kind of “sport” for a change – an approach that might work especially well in Houston come December if the Houston Texans continue to play like they did opening week.

The kickoff event will happen at The Men’s Club on December 9th, and will feature dance performances by Carmen Hart and Rachelle Lareee, with the former even agreeing to sing a few Christmas songs for the crowd. The opening night party will be followed by a three-day expo, running from 3pm until 7pm on the first two days, and running from Noon until 6 pm on the third. Evening parties will take place at several different clubs, including official events at Moments and The Ritz.

The event this year also boasts a “Charity Poker Tournament” at the Hilton, open to individuals who make a donation to breast cancer research. ESPN’s Matt Dean, a World Series of Poker star, will be playing in the tournament. The winner of the tournament will score a free vacation courtesy of www.dreampleasuretours.com.

The event closes on Saturday the 12th with the signature Purgatory Pajama Party at the Hilton. Guests are encouraged to join in with the porn stars in wearing pajamas or negligee to this closing party. AVN Hall of Fame star Dave Cummings, who is teaching a class on Saturday about breaking into the porn business, is a good bet to make a cameo at the PJ party.
