MONTREAL – Webcam site platform developer 2much.net has soft-launched a new rental package for LiveCamNetwork, the company’s “complete live video-chat solution.”

“Webcam businesses need a lot more back-end development,” said 2much founder and owner Mark Prince. “I know how frustrating it can be dealing with multiple, separate third-party service vendors to run an independent cam site.

“Webmasters and entrepreneurs want to be their own bosses and profit 10 percent from their work,” he added. “So, we basically combined everything into one software and services package, from billing to live content, to allow them to launch a complete startup cam site within days.”

The software company has always been responsive to the wants and needs of their B2B customers, according to 2much spokesperson Brookelynne Briar, who also adds the multiple price points reflect the differences between varied support and services requirements.

“Some websites need the complete Enterprise system,” she said. “But already-established online businesses might not.”

In addition to the Enterprise system, 2much.net offers a second, refined rental package for the complete solution. Prince said the company made the move in response to feedback from companies and customers, especially those who attended the recent Qwebec Expo trade show. The second rental package includes LiveCamNetwork’s one-click rebilling function, meaning end-users don’t need to leave a live chat in order to add funds to their accounts. In addition, the new package includes full chat-host payroll function and the 2much fraud-detection and chargeback-prevention system.

“The platform is available as a standalone site or can be plugged into a pre-existing site, with everything needed to manage a cam operation,” Prince said.

According to Briar, “The software is a direct response to the feedback and input of current and potential LiveCamNetwork operators. It’s an approach that pays off as much for us as our software customers.”

The second LiveCamNetwork rental package is available from 2much until Sept. 30, 2015.
