Linda Grimm Assumes VP Post at OrbitalPay
TORRANCE, Calif. – Global Electronic Technology Inc., corporate parent of internet payment services provider OrbitalPay LLC, has appointed Linda Grimm executive vice president of operations. Grimm, who joined the company in August, will oversee customer service, deployment, risk management, underwriting, technical support and information technology for both GET and OrbitalPay.
Most recently, Grimm served as director of consulting services for Compliance Solutions and Resources, a payment card industry compliance consulting firm. Prior to that, she was president of TRX Processing, a firm that specialized in helping merchants obtain merchant accounts. She also served as director of U.S. operations for Moneris Solutions and as director of operations for Humboldt Merchant Services.

Grimm obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University – Chico and holds multiple accreditations including Certified Information Privacy Professional and Project Management Professional. She currently serves on the Western States Acquirers Association advisory board and the Electronic Transaction Association’s data security task force. In addition, she is a member of both the Merchant Acquirers’ Committee and Women Networking in Electronic Transactions. An author and frequent speaker, she is an advocate for education and awareness throughout the payments industry.
