QUEBEC CITY, Canada – Organizers of the popular summertime event Qwebec Expo have planned another adult industry gathering for mid-winter.

The first Qwebec Snow Gathering, set for Feb. 20-23, 2015, is designed to be a retreat for company executives and other decision-makers. The all-inclusive event will comprise snowmobile trips, gourmet meals and, of course, networking and deal-making opportunities.

“This VIP exclusive event is open to all C-levels, vice presidents and directors with enough discretionary [authority] to make discussed deals happen,” said Michael Plant, chief executive officer for both Qwebec Expo and Qwebec Snow. “Executive decision-makers of our industry will live a weekend to remember with industry peers, having a pure rush of adrenalin while experiencing our favorite winter motorsport: snowmobiling in a stunning winter landscape.”

Snowmobile rental, insulated clothing, gasoline, insurance, guides, hotel rooms, meals and some drinks are included with all packages, which range in price from $2,000 to $4,800.
