Larry Flynt’s Schnauzer Accused of “Vicious Attack”
LOS ANGELES, CA — Hustler Magazine publisher Larry Flynt has spent a lot of time in court rooms and in the company of attorneys. If a California woman has her way, he’ll find himself doing both again – but not for the reasons he’s used to defending against.According to Cynthia Turnbull, the controversial paraplegic has a dog with an attitude problem. As she explains it, she was jogging past Flynt’s Beverly Hills home when his pet schnauzer “viciously attacked” her, causing her injuries that were only compounded by the “severe shock, fright, humiliation, and emotional distress” of dealing with the 63-year-old Flynt and his wife, Elizabeth.
Turnbull accuses the Flynts of neither restraining their dog nor posting warning signs and is asking an unspecified amount of money for medical bills and other damages.
