LALexpo to Draw Industry to Latin America in July 2016
CARTAGENA, Colombia — Live adult webcams are popular and lucrative. This is especially true in South America, said a spokesperson for the continent’s only exposition and trade show for the sector.
The Latin America Adult Business Expo, formerly Latin America Livecam Expo, will host its second annual event July 11-13, 2016. Show organizers expect attendance to surpass the 1,300 people who attended the inaugural event. Workshops, seminars, parties and networking opportunities will be part of the mix.
Again the trade show will take place in port city of Cartagena, Colombia, a modern fishing village on the country’s Caribbean coast. The walled Old Town area in the heart of the city features 16th-century plazas, colorful colonial architecture and cobblestone streets. The tropical climate makes Cartagena a popular beach destination.
Because it’s the only adult industry event in Latin America, organizers expect a wide variety of adult entertainment companies and professionals from Central and South America who don’t normally attend U.S. and European shows. Attendees last year included webmasters, affiliates, media buyers, billing processors, hosting companies, production studios, modeling agencies, software developers and web-design companies.
Until Jan. 31, 2016 attendance fees are discounted by 50 percent; sponsor and exhibitor fees are discounted 20 percent.
