Lalexpo Declares 2024 Event a “Complete Success”
CALI, Colombia – In a statement following last week’s 2024 Lalexpo, the organizers of the event have declared it a “complete success,” highlighting the fact over 5000 people attended and citing the “unparalleled support” from over 100 show sponsors.
“This year Lalexpo exceeded all expectations by bringing together more than 5,000 attendees from the online entertainment industry, making it the largest and most vibrant event to date,” Lalexpo’s organizers said in the statement. “This achievement not only highlights the continued growth of the industry, but also the importance of this event as an essential meeting point for professionals, entrepreneurs and thought leaders from around the world.”
The statement cited the “overwhelming support of 101 sponsors,” adding that their “commitment and active participation have contributed significantly to the success of the event.”
“From startups to established industry leaders, their support has demonstrated the vitality and growth potential of the online entertainment sector,” the statement added.
Unusually, for an adult event, the statement also included a shoutout to the support of certain government entities in Colombia, including the Secretary of Government, the Secretary of Health, Immigration, the Ministry of Labor and the Mayor’s Office of Yumbo, agencies that have been “fundamental in consolidating Lalexpo’s reputation as an event of national and international importance,” according to the statement.
“The official recognition and support of these institutions underscores the relevance of the conference and its contribution to the economic and cultural development of the region,” the Lalexpo organizers added.
The organizers also noted the various conferences offered by Lalexpo this year have all been “very well received by attendees, standing out for their relevance, thematic diversity, and quality of the speakers.”
“From discussions on technology and market trends to debates on regulations and industry policies, these sessions have provided an invaluable platform for the exchange of knowledge and the exploration of new ideas,” the statement said. “Three days provided an unparalleled platform for knowledge sharing, strategic networking, exploration of the latest industry trends, and networking opportunities that marked the frenetic pace of this meeting.”
The statement also noted that 2024 is “not over yet for us.”
“We look forward to seeing you at our Latam Workshops on May 19 in Mexico and May 24 in São Paulo and our VIP Lalexpo on the spectacular beaches of Punta Cana from August 15-18,” the statement concluded.
Lalexpo has published an “after-movie” of last week’s event on YouTube, which you can watch here.
