YNOT – Montreal-based KB Productions has acquired the Radical Cash affiliate program and the corresponding network of pay sites. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to KB Productions owner Kenny B, all Radical Cash affiliates will be paid any revenue shares they are owed. Linking codes will not change.

“Everything stays the same for affiliates,” Kenny B said. “Absolutely no changes need to be made on their side.”

However, big changes already are in the works for Radical Cash’s eight pay sites.

“We’re looking forward to working with the Radical Cash affiliate network and with the pay sites, to enable future growth for both the company and affiliate revenue,” Kenny B said. “The old sites will get needed facelifts, brand-new exclusive content, regular updates, and new, fresh and exciting affiliate tools.

“Affiliates and members can both expect to see a whole new look and feel to the sites while remaining true to the initial concepts the sites were built on,” he added.

The company also plans to add new pay sites to both Radical Cash and its other affiliate program, Kennys Pennies, formerly known as IA Cash. In business since 2003, Kennys Pennies offers 27 pay sites in niches including solo girls, pregnancy, lactation, oral, interracial, smoking and tattoos.

“While much of the industry has been tightening its belt, KB Productions has been moving in the opposite direction,” Kenny B said. “We’re experiencing a growth trend during this industry-wide slow time.”
