Jorgen is the YNOT Grand Prix Driver to Beat in 2015
TEMPE, Ariz. – Two races into the YNOT Grand Prix’s 2015 season, Jorgen from PlugRush is the man to beat. After taking the gold in Barcelona earlier this month, he emerged victorious from the Phoenix leg for the second consecutive year.
JuicyJay from JuicyAds placed second, and Chris from hosting company Way3 took third-place honors in a field of 60 karts. According to YNOT Group LLC Vice President and circuit organizer Jay Kopita, more than 40 spectators cheered trackside.
Thanks to the generosity of sponsors JuicyAds, Dating Factory, BaDoinkCash, WellHello!, Dyn, FNCash and iCan4Consumers, everyone enjoyed what Kopita termed “an awesome event.”
“The Phoenix track is my favorite facility because there are fewer turns, the karts are electric, not gas, and you can go really, really fast off the line,” Kopita said. “Track personnel take excellent care of our group, too.”
Kopita sounded almost disappointed about the relative absence of mishaps.
“No major crashes or incidents happened in the practice and qualifying races,” he said. “Not many flags thrown, either.
“The final race saw many favorites and rivals competing,” he continued. “A major pileup early on pulled pole-position winner and hometown favorite Chris from Way3 out of first, and the remaining laps were heart-pounding.”
Two additional races remain on the YNOT Grand Prix’s 2015 circuit: Qwebec Expo and The European Summit Prague. For information about sponsorship availability or to secure a driver’s seat at either or both, email Kopita, ping him at ICQ 92418228 or contact him via Skype at LAJConsulting.
