Jenny Gonzalez Named VP of Sales & Marketing
LONDON – Affiliate marketing, branding and sales specialist Jenny Gonzalez has joined Dating Factory’s Global Division as vice president of sales and marketing.
An online dating industry veteran, Gonzalez will be tasked with continuing company growth and expansion, spearheading campaigns designed to increase profitability, developing strategic partnerships and increasing overall market share for the company.
“With Jenny joining our team, we feel extremely confident that she will help take our partners’ performance to the next level,” Chief Executive Officer Tanya Fathers said. “We have seen her approach and philosophy over the last few years and how it matches ours and have determined that she would be a perfect fit for our ever-growing team.
“She has truly emerged as a knowledgeable leader, and I trust her to take over sales and marketing activities from me,” Fathers added. “This gives me more time to focus on managing massive company growth in this world of internet dating.”
Gonzalez said the move to Dating Factory “felt” right for her, since she and Fathers share goals and ideals.
“Tanya and I have sat together on so many dating panels over the years, often with her covering white-label and private-label dating site creation and myself covering branding and affiliate marketing,” Gonzalez said. “I am thrilled to be joining the ranks with a company clearly at the forefront in the dating industry.”
Gonzalez began working in the online content and online retail sectors in 2009, including stints with Interactive Life Forms, Intermax Group. In 2011, she migrated to the online dating industry. For two years prior to joining Dating Factory, she helped build and launch Love Revenue. She said the experiences contributed to her perspective about the dating industry’s business climate.
