YNOT – Retired porn star Jenna Jameson reportedly is in talks with producers to replace a departing cast member in the Tony Award-nominated Broadway musical Rock of Ages.According to the New York Post, Jameson impressed producers when she auditioned for the role of strip club owner Justice, performed by Michelle Mais since 2005.

“The producers were surprised, but Jenna has a good voice,” a Rock of Ages insider told the Post’s Page Six. “And while she’s famous for her X-rated movies, she can act. This may be a shock to traditional Broadway fans, but the show is always trying to push the boundaries.”

The musical, running at the Brooks Atkinson, features music by Journey, Whitesnake, Styx and Bon Jovi. If she gets the part, Jameson’s big number will be Journey’s “Any Way You Want It.”

Jameson told the paper, “I am in talks with the Rock of Ages producers, and I’m praying I get the role. Broadway has always been a dream of mine ever since I was a little girl. I am really excited.

“I’m meeting with the producers [Oct. 21], and I just hope I have enough talent to carry the role. We are talking about a run that would be anything from a month to three months, and it could start very soon.

“I think I’m perfect for the role, and I am really looking forward to becoming a New Yorker,” the Los Angeles-area resident added.

The mother of year-old twins split with the babies’ father, mixed-martial arts fighter Tito Ortiz, in April following his arrest on a domestic violence complaint. At the time, Ortiz accused Jameson of being addicted to the prescription painkiller Oxycontin. Both allegations have been withdrawn, and Jameson told Page Six she and Ortiz are “in therapy.”
