Jenna Jameson Blames Lean and Hungry Look on Divorce Woes
CYBERSPACE — Most female porn stars aren’t known for being particularly statuesque or big boned, regardless of how inflated other parts of their anatomy may be either through the grace of God, the glory of nature, or the magnificence of a surgeon’s scalpel.Fine-boned porn super vixen Jenna Jameson certainly qualifies as a delicately enhanced blossom in the adult entertainment meadow — but lately her admirers have noticed that there is less and less of her to love.
Some of the more jaded crotch-watchers have opined that her drop in weight-related digits might be due to an unhealthy fondness for drugs or an undiagnosed anorexic condition.
Jameson, having become aware of the ugly rumors, has used the power of internet technology and the blogosphere to set the record straight. According to her MySpace page, it’s all Jay Grdina’s fault.
Grdina, also known as actor/director/producer Justin Sterling, is the soon-to-be-ex-husband who, according to comments made after the January AVN Awards show, probably can’t become Jameson’s official ex soon enough. He is also co-founder of multi-media adult entertainment gold mine, Club Jenna.
Hollywood celebrity gadfly Robin Leach proposes that the division of a tidy $60 million worth of profit from the sale of Jameson’s Arizona corporate video entity to Playboy may be one of the things making the couple’s happily nevermore just a wee bit more acrimonious. Apparently money really doesn’t buy happiness — and it can’t make a sandwich taste better than stress.
According to Jameson’s MySpace, the industry crossover queen is saddened by what she feels are judgments concerning her weight from people who have “absolutely NO idea what is happening in” her life. “Does anyone seem to remember the fact that I am going through a nasty divorce,” she asks her readers, assuring them that “It has been weighing heavily upon me.”
Of special weight in Jameson’s life appears to be the fate of “everything I busted my ass for,” and which she contends she is being “forced to fight” in order to retain. In addition to the toll taken on the performer by the battle, she indicates that what she sees as Grdina’s insatiable lust for press attention, due to his desire “to be a star so bad,” even after having “ridden my coat tails for years,” is further killing her appetite for food.
Grdina was declared one of Details magazine’s 10 most successful American men younger than 37 in 2004, the year after the couple’s wedding. Among his industry accomplishments has been producing, directing, and writing award winning Club Jenna features including I Dream of Jenna,, Brianna Loves Jenna, and The Masseuse, which also resulted in his taking home the award for Best Actor during the 2005 AVN Awards.
Ironically, Grdina has also contended that Jameson has an unhealthy affection for the limelight, something his eventually ex-wife has not appreciated, using her MySpace account to ask why her one-time leading man doesn’t “go rape another girl… and try to pass it off like nothing happened,” perhaps referring to accusations leveled against the aggressively metrosexual Grdina by a dancer who worked at the couple’s Babe’s Cabaret strip club in Scottsdale, AZ.
Although Jameson assures her MySpace readers that she wishes she, “could enlighten everyone with what is exactly going on in my divorce and business” she says she must remain silent “because of legal proceedings.” Such does not appear to be the case concerning her belief that Grdina is “a gold digger and a glorified pimp” that refuses to return what is rightly hers.
Jameson concludes one posting by saying that what she really needs are “friends and the love and support right now.”
Some likely think the dwindling performer needs a hearty meal even more. After all, she is in the middle of a war.
