“Are You the Last One,” the 13th episode of John Stagliano’s erotic vampire series, is one of the few in which “Italian Stallion” Rocco Siffredi does not appear, owing to his vow not to have sex until Italy won soccer’s World Cup or was eliminated from contention.

“This scene is probably the best I have ever shot without an actor named Siffredi in it,” director-producer Stagliano said.

The new webisode centers on a vampire killer (played by Deen) stalking a mysterious, old gypsy (Stoya). Deen toys with Stoya, bound in silver chains and drugged on human seed.
