ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. – Exxxotica Expo named the winners of its first Fan Choice Awards April 20 during a gala ceremony in the Grand Ballroom inside the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Hotel.

According to the organizers, the Fannys “are the adult industry’s only fan-chosen awards show”: Fans rule the process from initial selection of nominees through final voting.

The 2013 Fanny winners are:
