ICM Registry Submits Revised Proposal for .XXX Registry Agreement, ICANN Soliciting Public Commentary
CYBERSPACE – The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) yesterday posted a revised version of the proposed .xxx registry agreement submitted by ICM Registry. While the revised proposal contains very few changes of substance (very few changes of any kind, for that matter), the agreement has been posted for public review and comment prior to the next round of consideration in the ICANN Board proposal process. The ICANN Board will take up the .xxx issue for the next time at their meeting on May 10th.
This public commentary period gives adult webmasters another chance to voice their opinion to those who matter; namely, the powers-that-be on the ICANN board. Whether one supports the proposal or not, it’s an opportunity to make your best case for or against the new TLD, suggest revisions to the existing proposal, or take issue with specific elements of the contract.
A “clean” version of the revised proposal can be found in PDF format here:

A redline version (meaning it has the latest changes to the agreement highlighted in red text) is available here:

Comments on the proposed agreement should be sent to xxx-tld-agreement@icann.org and submitted comments will be posted to http://forum.icann.org/lists/xxx-tld-agreement once they have been reviewed by ICANN.
