HotMovies Announces a “Good” Partnership… For Her
PHILADELPHIA, PA — When you partner with a company that has “good” in the name, that has to be a good thing, right? The good news out of HotMovies headquarters is the company’s latest deal in what’s shaping up to be another busy month. This time HotMovies has announced an agreement with Good Releasing to distribute its adult movies on HotMoviesForHer.com, which is one of the few large-scale adult sites that targets women.“We are thrilled to be working with Good Releasing to offer such groundbreaking movies to women all around the world,” says HotMoviesForHer.com’s Sara T. “With releases scheduled by Dr. Carol Queen, Courtney Trouble and Carlos Batts, we can barely contain our excitement.”
And while the thought of a group of excited women is in itself likely to excite men, the HotMoviesForHer.com website was not created with men in mind. It offers reviews by women for women, covering products like adult films and sex toys. There is also a library of erotica, in addition to the HotMovies catalog of adult films.
“The women’s adult market is booming these days,” says J.D. from HotMovies. “With more and more women owning their sexuality and taking control of their needs, there has been a real call for movies and products that cater specifically to their desires. And with the rise of women at the porno helm and a fierce force of sex-positive folks at work behind the scenes, the results have been a staggering success.”
And now with the Good Releasing deal, that company too will be contributing to the flavor of HotMoviesForHer.com.
“Good Releasing’s titles showcase authentic and hot adult entertainment full of helpful information, lustful and unabashed sexualities, unapologetic desire, genuine pleasure, and screen burning chemistry,” boasts Jackie Strano, COO of Good Vibrations, the sister company of Good Releasing.
“We are elated to be able to work with HotMoviesForHer.com,” adds Coyote Days, head of Good Releasing. “We feel that their philosophy of choosing the very best of women-centric films is in lock step with our philosophy of generating the best quality films ‘for her.’ We look forward to a very fruitful and exciting relationship.”
For affiliates, J.D. offered a few tips for marketing for-her adult entertainment.
“The most important [thing] is to know your market,” J.D. told YNOT. “Women are not a niche and while there is no one way to promote for-her content, here are tips that will help increase your traffic and get you in the right direction. Ask women you know how they would want to be marketed to and take their opinions to heart. Also don’t automatically assume that ‘for-her’ means ‘soft-core,’ but it might be fruitful to highlight movies with a plot. Don’t just make it about the porn. Start a conversation and write interesting things that women would want to read. Here at HotMoviesForHer.com, instead of just hocking pornos, we spend time giving honest movie reviews, writing up sex tips, talking about sex and basically building a relationship with our users.”
