PHILADELPHIA, PA — April is rapidly drawing to a close, and the good folks at National A-1 Internet have spent it not only bringing an ever-increasing amount of quality adult entertainment to the straight and GLBT internet viewing audience – but also funding the freedom to keep watching it. The company, which operates the popular HotMovies.com Video on Demand website, recently announced that it has added four titles from the highly regarded lesbian production company, Triangle Films. According to the company, Lesbian Tutors, Intimate Invitation #6, Tribade Sorority, and By Appointment Only #3 are all selling well and proving popular with site subscribers.

Founded in 2006 by Kathryn Annelle, Triangle Films specializes in high quality erotic lesbian features created by women for women. The license agreement with HotMovies is the company’s first foray into offering digitally delivered content.

“We are thrilled to be working with Kathy and Shoosh,” National A-1 Internet director of development, James Cybert, observes about the much-requested production team. “I think they are both a little surprised by the immediate success of their product on HotMovies.com. They make such a fantastic product and have introduced so many amazing stars to the industry; we had no doubt this would be a grand-slam acquisition for both companies.”

According to Cybert, “Triangle Films’ erotic films have been our most requested titles for a long time.”

Annelle confides in a press release that the decision to sign on with HotMovies.com involved considerable fan feedback for her AVN Award nominated company, as well. “I have been considering getting on board with HotMovies for some time now, and I made the move based on requests from our fans.”

Her life and business partner, Shoosh, adds that “another factor in the decision to work with HotMovies.com is National A-1’s commitment to offering quality content and product for women. I’m so excited about the HotMoviesforHer.com site. I think it’s a step in the right direction for women who are interested in adult themes. Now we have a place to feel comfortable.”

Both men and women who are interested in adult themes can feel a little bit more comfortable knowing that the third annual HotMovies.com FreedomStreams fundraising event resulted in nearly $15,000 contributed thanks to 60 donors, representing 212 brands and studios.

“The support of FSC members in helping us to keep up the good fight is essential to our ability to sustain overhead related to our own cost of doing business on behalf of the industry as a whole and, more specifically, our members,” an appreciative Scott L. Lowther, FSC director of membership explained in an FSC press release on the subject. “When groups of donors and studios band together, each giving a little to create a lot, it’s a win/win for us all.”
