HollyRandall.com Affiliates Must Change IDs for Sales Tracking
LOS ANGELES – Affiliates who push traffic to HollyRandall.com must change their linking codes immediately if they wish to be paid for sales, according to a statement distributed over the weekend by the site’s new manager, MetArt.
MetArt acquired the photographer’s eponymous site in January from developer and previous owner Brand Danger. Since then, the site has been re-designed, re-launched and incorporated into the MetArtMoney affiliate program. The transfer between the programs necessitates a change from Danger Dollars’ affiliate-link format to MetArtMoney’s format in order for sales to be properly processed by CCBill.
According to a prepared statement distributed by MetArtMoney:
[QUOTE]It is important to note that though every effort was made on our part, we were unable to reach an arrangement with HollyRandall.com’s former affiliate program regarding the redirection of affiliate links. Existing links must be switched out in order to promote HollyRandall.com.
We understand that this will be upsetting and that it will require a great deal of work for some of you. Please be assured that we did everything within our power to make this transition as seamless as possible. Unfortunately, the matter was out of our hands.
While it will be a bit before promo materials are fully ready and we do our traditional launch, we are releasing the link code today so existing affiliates can recover and monetize their traffic as quickly as possible.

Affiliate manager Selena said current HollyRandall.com affiliates will not be subjected to the manual screening process MetArtMoney usually requires of all new affiliates.
“If you do not currently have a MetArtMoney account, please contact me so that I can expedite the process for you,” Selena said. “Though we have an automatic approval system, we do manually screen and want to be sure the process is as fluid as possible.
“Once you have signed up, just drop me a note saying you are a HollyRandall.com affiliate and include your MetArtMoney ID,” Selena continued. “That way I can ensure the application goes through the manual screen.”
MetArtMoney did not respond to questions about the disposition of affiliate revenues that may have accrued during the five months between January and the date affiliates were informed about the need for new tracking codes.
