YNOT: Greetings Holly! Simply put, what is a dialer and how does it work?

Goodthinxx: Good question! Many Webmasters are shy to ask this very basic question. A dialer is software that a surfer uses to be connected to a Web site. The surfers pays per minute and is charged on his/her telephone bill for the connection to the website.
