Genshin Impact’s Version 4.6 Brings New Challenges and Adventures on April 24
SINGAPORE — HoYoverse, a leading global interactive entertainment brand, announced today that Genshin Impact will release its Version 4.6 update, titled “Two Worlds Aflame, the Crimson Night Fades,” on April 24. This update introduces Arlecchino, the fourth Fatui Harbinger, as a new playable character and weekly boss. Additionally, the update will unveil an explorable underwater empire in Fontaine and feature a music festival and rhythm game event in Inazuma.
Arlecchino, also known as the “Knave” and Fourth of the Fatui Harbingers, will be available as a 5-star Pyro polearm wielder. Her unique combat skills involve a “Bond of Life” mechanic, which restricts healing but boosts her attack power when activated. As a weekly boss, Arlecchino will challenge players with a “Blood-Debt Directive,” which increases damage taken and prevents healing.
The update will also open a new area featuring the submerged empire of Remuria, providing players with opportunities to explore ancient mechanics and face new enemies, including the Legatus Golem boss. In Inazuma, the update includes the “Iridescent Arataki Rockin’ for Life Tour de Force of Awesomeness,” a rhythm game where players can create and share their own challenges.
Genshin Impact Version 4.6 will be available on multiple platforms, including PlayStation, PC, Android, and iOS, supporting cross-progression and co-op gameplay. The game continues to offer a free-to-play open-world adventure, inviting players to explore the richly detailed world of Teyvat.
