BOSTON – A gay website that began as a traditional membership site has redefined itself as a video-on-demand destination offering a variety of pay-as-you-go—or -cum—options.

Re-launched on the Adult SiteRunner platform, The Guy Site provides more than 400 scenes. Consumers may choose to pay one monthly fee for all-you-can-watch access, pay by the download or pay to stream from the cloud.

The site also has added new features, including adaptive formats and CCBill’s one-click payment functionality. The latter allows repeat purchasers to buy more or upgrade their membership without re-entering their billing information.

The Guy Site owner William Futral said migration to the new platform has increased his revenues by about 30 percent.

The website’s affiliate program pays a 50-percent recurring revenue share.
