YNOT – Rodeo cowboy, reality TV star and gay porn sensation Steven Daigle was jailed early Tuesday morning after a celebratory evening erupted in a fistfight outside a popular West Hollywood, Calif., gay nightspot.According to published reports and the West Hollywood Sheriff’s department, Daigle and his boyfriend, fellow gay performer Trent Locke, exchanged blows outside The Abbey. Earlier in the evening, the pair had attended a party celebrating Daigle’s appearance on the Bravo network’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Locke, who witnesses said instigated the altercation, spent the night in the hospital for observation after suffering lacerations to his head. Daigle received treatment for minor injuries and landed in the clink.

Late Wednesday afternoon, he was charged with one count of misdemeanor battery. If convicted, Daigle faces up to 12 months behind bars.

Daigle, 37, gained pop-cultural attention in 2008 as a housemate during the 10th season of ABC’s reality TV series Big Brother. He was evicted on Day 16. The champion bull rider subsequently made the leap from small screen to blue screen in a rapid-fire series of high-profile explicit titles lensed by Chi Chi LaRue’s Channel 1 Releasing and Michael Lucas’ Lucas Entertainment.
