Gay Aussie Program Turns 14
BRISBANE, Australia – Despite a global economic depression in the adult entertainment industry, one Down Under gay affiliate program sums up its 14-year history with typical Australian attitude: “No worries, mate.”
Established as BoyBucks on Aug. 28, 1999, CuriousCash will turn 14 on Wednesday. Chief Excutive Officer Curious Tim is proud of the company’s longevity.
“We are very happy turning 14 when so many of our competitors have either failed or been bought out,” he said. “It’s very sad to see this happening.”
Tim credits “kick-ass original content” for the company’s endurance.
“[Our content] has insulated CuriousCash sites to a great degree from challenging times with [pay-per-join] sites in recent years,” he said. “We embrace the future with exuberance and a resolute mindset. In fact, we plan to roll out some very interesting initiatives by year’s end.”
Tim backs up his claim of “kick-ass content” by pointing out the company’s flagship website, AllAustralianBoys.com, received the Cybersocket Web Award for Best Original Content. Since the awards are determined by surfer voting, CuriousCash must be doing something right, he said.
“We were thrilled when we received this sought-after award,” Tim said. “We felt our hard work over many years showcasing good-looking Aussie athletes and numerous gruelling 13-hour trans-pacific flights attending U.S. trade shows had been recognized.
“Our award, our 14th birthday and all the things we have achieved over the past 14 years are due to the great team I am blessed to have around me,” he added.
Affiliates, too, deserve a heap of praise. Tim said many have stuck with the program since Day One.
“It’s like they are rusted on, thank goodness,” Tim said. “We treasure them.”
To celebrate its 14th anniversary, CuriousCash will pay all affiliates a 66-percent revenue share for sales made during September. Normally, the program pays a 50-percent recurring revenue share.
