FSC Holds Forum for 2257 Third-Party Record Keeping Hopefuls
CANOGA PARK, CA — With the latest version of 2257 regulations freshly released, many within the adult entertainment industry are curious about the possibility of using third-party record keepers. On February 12th, those attending the XBIZ conference in Los Angeles will have an opportunity to learn first hand from the Free Speech Coalition how such a record keeping solution might work.“Every time there is a development in 2257, be it rules and regulations or court cases, we receive a number of calls,” FSC executive Director Diane Duke explains in a press release on the subject. “Third-party record keeping represents a significant change and we thought it beneficial to consider the development of recommendations to help industry professionals navigate these revised regulations.”
In order to provide industry professionals interested in the possibilities presented by third-party record keepers with more information, the FSC will moderate a forum on the final day of the XBIZ conference from 1:00 – 3:00 pm in the Hidden Hills room of the Marriott, Woodland Hills.
“It is our responsibility as the industry’s trade association, to provide resources for our members that help them run successful adult business. This forum will determine if there exists a demand for these kinds of recommendations and the best people to facilitate their development,” Duke continues.
Anyone considering becoming or procuring the services of a third-party record keeper is encouraged to attend the forum.
