FSC Board of Directors Election Begins Sunday, Nov. 20
With the election process for the Free Speech Coalition Board of Directors 2023-24 term starting this Sunday, November 20, the FSC is reminding all those who wish to participate in the election that to do so they must be must be an FSC member in good standing as of that date.
FSC Board members “are expected to govern and grow the organization through their two-year term, attend bimonthly board meetings, assist with fundraising and initiatives, and serve as ambassadors for FSC within the adult community,” FSC noted in a statement posted to the organization’s blog.

Those who would like to become members of FSC and participate in the upcoming election still have time to do so. Click here for more information on becoming an FSC member. Existing members who would like to confirm their active membership status for voting and nominations can do so here.
The November 20 deadline covers both eligibility for voting and for being nominated to serve on the Board. Two nominations from active FSC members are required to get on the election ballot. Individuals are permitted to nominate themselves. Nominations close at midnight on the night of December 3.
The election for open seats on the FSC Board begins on December 11 and ends at midnight on the night of December 17. Results of the election will be announced in the week following the close of the election, according to FSC.
