FSC Announces Board of Director Election Results
The Free Speech Coalition (FSC) has announced the results of the organization’s Board of Directors election, in which six board members were re-elected and one new Board member was elected to fill the seat vacated by Adult Time’s Bree Mills.
The six re-elected members of the Board are Board President Tim Valenti, the CEO of Falcon/NakedSword; Board Secretary Matt Mason, the co-owner of Treasure Island Media; XBIZ Publisher Alec Helmy; First Amendment attorney Reed Lee; AVN Publisher Tony Rios and Walden Woods, Director of FCF Agency. Jon Blitt of Mile High Media, a returning former FSC Board member, has been elected to fill the seat vacated by Mills.
“I am honored to have been selected to help lead our industry in securing our future,” Blitt said. “With all of the threats facing the adult industry today, it’s more important than ever for me to be a part of the FSC, ensuring our voice is heard and our rights are protected.”
FSC Executive Director Alison Boden said she’s “thankful to have such a dedicated Board, and such committed members.”
“Over the past few years, we’ve seen more and more interest in becoming involved with FSC’s mission, and more and more engagement from our members,” Boden added. “In the coming year, with the help of our Board, we’ll be working to harness that energy to fight back against issues ranging from banking discrimination to social media censorship.”
