FSC Alert: Faked PASS Test in Las Vegas
The Free Speech Coalition has issued an alert to performers regarding a falsified PASS test in Las Vegas. The FSC’s full statement regarding the faked test can be read below or on the FSC website.
“Performers should beware of a male performer-producer in Las Vegas who has been manipulating dates on his test to make it appear current.
Two female performers separately contacted the Free Speech Coalition with concerns that a male performer-producer was working with an expired test. In both cases, he produced a digitally forged paper test using manipulated dates.
In both cases, the performer left set without shooting and reported the incidents to us.
We are working with the performers, and the PASS testing centers to verify the manipulation. If the test is indeed fraudulent, the performer will be banned from PASS.
In the meantime:
– Always use the online PASS database to verify testing for scene partners. Paper tests can be fraudulently manipulated. All performers who are cleared for work are verifiable in the database — accept no excuses.
– Contact the Free Speech Coalition if you believe this performer or other has attempted to defraud you with a manipulated test.
ANY PERFORMER WHO ATTEMPTS TO SHOOT WITH A FAKED OR MANIPULATED TEST IS BANNED FROM PARTICIPATING IN PASS.”
