For Sale By Owner: One Mansion, Three Strip Clubs
BUFFALO, NY — Upscale mansions come with many common quality upgrades, as well as unique extras. Soak tubs, hot tubs, wine cellars, panic rooms, dance floors, helicopter landing pads — the sky and one’s imagination are the limit. One Buffalo property that’s freshly on the market includes a grand fountain, elaborate landscaping — and three strip clubs.
Owner and seller Richard Snowden is asking seven-and-a-half million dollars for the complete set.
The package deal with a Rochester investment group includes the 75-year-old Miller Mansion in Buffalo, which would sell for three million on its own, the most any home in the area has sold for to date. Snowden handed over slightly less than a handy million when he purchased it in 2004.
In addition to the lovely home, the buyer will also purchase exotic dance clubs in suburban Buffalo, Rochester, and Tampa, FL. The properties have landed on the market after Snowden decided to retire for the adult biz, after making it big in Las Vegas. Tired of the 24-hour city, he moved back to western New York in 2001 and has decided to stay in the Buffalo area with his family, but leave the flesh trade behind him.
No information is currently available about how to contact Snowden or what real estate agency is handling the properties.
