CARTAGENA, Colombia – The first awards honoring achievement in the Latin America adult entertainment market will be awarded in July as part of the second-annual Latin America Adult Business Expo.

The nominating process began April 1. Industry members may register to submit nominations and vote in more than 42 categories here. Among the categories are Best Adult Content Site or Network, Best Dating Company, Best Webmaster, Best Emerging Cam Site, Best Emerging Cam Studio and Best Female Webcam Model.

According to the expo’s organizers, more than 600 million Spanish speakers compose the potential market for adult entertainment.

“We felt that it was absolutely necessary to organize these awards that represent and acknowledge the development of this very important emerging market niche in the adult industry,” said Anthony AJ, one of the partners who own the event.

“If you have a product or service that is geared toward the Latin American or Spanish-speaking market in the adult industry, we welcome you to nominate yourself or the company of your choice,” he added. “The awards will feature a few global categories, as well, so you may still be eligible for nomination even if you are not focused on the Spanish-speaking market.”

Categories that are not restricted to Latin American entries include Best Traffic Company, Best White-Label Provider, Best Billing Company, Best European Cam Site and Best CMS Platform.

The Latin America Adult Business Awards ceremony will take place July 13.
