ERIKALUST celebrates its 20th anniversary with free access to Erika’s first ever film
Twenty years ago Erika Lust was a political science and film graduate, living in a new city with a dream to disrupt the adult entertainment industry with an alternative vision and bags of enthusiasm. Fast forward two decades and she has built a company worth >25 million dollars, and has produced 379 movies, which is, on average 1 porn movie every single month for the past twenty years. Of those movies; 261 were short movies, 28 feature movies, 78 series, and 12 amateur.
To celebrate this incredible achievement, Erika Lust offers The Good Girl–her first erotic short film–for free so new and old ERIKALUST supporters can see how Erika’s vision has changed over the past 20 years. Erika is also publishing ‘Erika Lust Archives: 2004-2024’, a 200-page hardback photography book exploring the broad spectrum of human sexuality, beyond heteronormativity, in which Erika and her community of collaborators look back on their extensive body of work and share their first-hand experiences of working together.
Back in 2004, Erika decided that she was going to challenge the social perceptions of what porn could be and harness its power to upend patriarchal norms, and with that, released The Good Girl. You can watch The Good Girl here, and access the full press kit here, which includes Erika’s business release, profile and more.
I have pasted the release below for ease, but you can access this all in the press kit. Thanks so much! If you would like access to ERIKALUST’s entire catalogue, or have further questions for Erika and her team, do please let me know!
