Engadget Names Pleasure Product ‘Best of CES’
LAS VEGAS – Engadget named OhMiBod’s Lovelife krush Best Digital Health and Fitness Product during the 2016 Best of CES Awards. The e-zine’s editors praised the kegel exerciser’s innovative design, efficiency and market placement.
“We were impressed by OhMiBod’s vision and execution, and it had the buzz of the show as one of the best innovations to come out of CES this year,” said Engadget Editor-in-Chief Michael Gorman. “Over the [five days of the trade show], we’ve evaluated thousands of devices and products to find the technologies that will change the industry and our lives. OhMiBod clearly was the best in show in [the] Digital Health and Fitness Product [category].”
The product represents a new class of health-monitoring devices that are inserted into the body instead of worn externally. Equipped with built-in sensor technology, Lovelife krush connects to OhMiBod’s TASL app via BLE 4.0 (Bluetooth Low Energy). Together, the products measure the pressure, control, endurance and grip of PC muscles and help women strengthen them through training challenges. Stronger PC muscles not only improve sexual pleasure, but also aid in keeping incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse at bay.
“This honor from Engadget is more than a win for OhMiBod,” said founder Suki Dunham. “It’s a victory for women’s sexual health. We’re thrilled that the CES community voted to shine a light on the importance sexual health and well-being for adult women around the world.”
Lovelife krush will be available in spring 2016. The product can be preordered at LovelifeToys.com for $75; the price will rise to $129 after launch. Customers who preorder the krush received Lovelife natural intimate lubricant as a complimentary gift with their purchase.
