eMerchantPay Announces New Tools for Company’s US-based Online Merchants
YNOT – Credit card processing company eMerchantPay continued to make big headlines in 2010 by announcing Wednesday the launch of its new gateway technologies for American-based online merchants. The improvements to the eMerchantPay.com interface make it easier for clients to access important activity reports, and to get information about online transactions generated through their Web properties.
“We are excited about the launch of our new gateway technology,” said Jonas Reynisson, Chairman of eMerchantPay. “The flexibility provided by having customizable menus and reporting, along with the simplicity of our user interface, enables merchants to know the status of their accounts and the sales they are generating in just a click. Best of all, the reporting functions empower our clients to access exactly the information they find useful for planning and analysis which will lead them to even more success as they move forward.”
Much of the improvements to the company’s processing gateway revolve around enhanced activity reports for clients. The new customizable reports offer expanded information about transactions in real time, and the ability to output custom reports in a variety of formats.
“Instant descriptive error messages, field description comments and fine-tuned error checking in real time also help to make the new eMerchantPay interface the simplest to use,” the company said in a press release. “The new gateway technology, coupled with an outstanding customer service team, will ensure that all the needs of eMerchantPay clients are taken care of and well managed.”
For the moment, the improvements to the eMerchantPay gateway are being released only for US-based online merchants, however the company said it planned to release the improvements for all of its clients later in the year. The company also hinted that the new gateway improvements was just one of many announcements the company has planned for 2010.
