BROOMFIELD, Colo. – Adult toy, lingerie and party supply distributor Eldorado Trading Company announced today that the company has promoted Alicia Casias to serve as an Account Manager with the Eldorado sales team.

In her new role, Casias will report to Derek DalPiaz, Eldorado’s Director of Sales. According to the announcement, Casias will be responsible for “partnering with retail customers to help them grow their business.”

“Alicia has learned our processes and products and has developed her skills while supporting several of our Account Managers,” DalPiaz said. “She has played a pivotal role in managing our tester program. Her understanding of our business, ability to provide incredible customer service, and passion for the industry make her a great fit for the role of Account Manager. Born and raised in Colorado, Casias has worked in a sales support capacity at Eldorado since 2023. Prior to Eldorado, Casias attended Colorado State University. According to the announcement from Eldorado, she has also “worked in a variety of administrative support roles in the service industry.”

Casias said she is looking forward to meeting her customers and learning more about their business goals.

“My customer service experience will help me to forge strong, lasting relationships with retailers, anticipate their needs, and ensure they have the products and support they need to succeed,” Casias said.

Casias will be working at the company’s headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado, Eldorado noted in the announcement.
