The Dungeon Store Debuts the ‘Truffalo’
The Dungeon Store has debuted their latest violet wand accessory, the “Truffalo.” Described by the company as a “soft, bendable electrode for the violet wand” that comes in a variety of colors, The Dungeon Store said the Truffalo “works with most solid-state violet wands and can be used with a conductive cable.”
“There’s all sorts of kinky mischief you can get into with a Truffalo,” said Anne Bryne, the Founder and Co-Owner of The Dungeon Store. “Unplugged, the soft, fuzzy nature of the Truffalo is awesome for sensory play and is great for tickling. The bendable ends mean it can be looped to go around parts of the body and twisted into curious shapes.
“When using a violet wand conductive cable, you can even use one Truffalo in each hand to guide over your lover’s body,” Byrne added. “These make for an excellent addition to a violet wand collection.”
According to the announcement, the Truffalo is made in the United States and created in-house by The Dungeon Store. Each Truffalo is “spark-gapped for safety.” The Dungeon Store also sells solid-state violet wand kits, which come with a three-year warranty.
Earlier this Fall, Bryne spoke with Sexual Health Magazine about the use of e-stim devices, noting that violet wands are “designed to radiate a tingling electrical stimulation across the skin.”
“They often consist of a basic unit, and there are a wide variety of accessories that can be plugged into one, most importantly the conductive cable, which allows the user, or their partner to be electrified, making almost any metal that comes into contact a potential toy,” Byrne noted in the interview. “Sensations with a violet wand range from a gentle tingle to intense heat, but these are not intended to penetrate deep below the skin.”
