Czech Porn Star Held for Human Trafficking
PRAGUE — Accusations of human trafficking are all the rage these days, in spite of repeated research indicating that when it comes to sex trafficking, the numbers just don’t add up. Less scandalous forms of wage slavery are rife, however. Nonetheless, prosecutors are eager to make examples of those they insist are bad people – and that currently includes Czech adult performer, Robert Rosenberg.Rosenberg, who says on his Robert-Rosenberg.com website that he does not use a stage name, has won an assortment of industry awards and been nominated four times at the Venus trade fair. Working with his wife, Jeanette, the couple created the Jeannette Rebel Company in order to target the American market.
According to European news sources, Rosenberg and his wife were detailed this week and accused of human trafficking. Government officials will not confirm the reason for the detainment, but admit that the couple and one other are in custody. A report on Novinky.cz claims further that the Rosenberg’s child has been removed from their home and placed in protective custody.
Rosenberg’s website tells, among other things, about how the ex-auto mechanic’s sexual appetite inspired him to move from his parents’ home and struggle for survival in the big city, eventually emerging from a period of homelessness to become an adult performer with 2500 videos and more than 4,000 sexual experiences to his credit. He recently alerted Prague health officials to an outbreak of syphilis that was spreading through the country’s budding porn capitol.
