CYBERSPACE —Nominees for the 8th Annual Cybersocket Web Awards have just been announced and voting has begun at CybersocketWebAwards.com/vote_industry.php, the official website. Voting is only allowed once per email address in each category and Cybersocket tracks email and IP addresses in order to protect against stuffing the ballot box, as no fishy votes will be counted.

The lucky winners will be announced on February 6th, 2008 at the 8th Annual Cybersocket Web Awards Show in Hollywood, CA in conjunction with the XBiz Awards 2008. Each winner will be presented with a personalized trophy.

Each year the Cybersocket Web Awards recognizes outstanding achievements in the world of queer online media and entertainment. The site recognizes achievement in a number of categories including Best New Site, Best Affiliate Program, Best Live Feed Provider, and Best Webmaster Community, for which YNOT.com is nominated.

Nominated webmasters are advised to check out the voting site’s banner section for pre-made banners that they can add to their site celebrating their achievement and to help collect votes from their surfers.
